I offer person-centred counselling for individuals facing life’s challenges, including trauma, adoption, identity, family change, loss, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergence. As an Autistic and ADHD counsellor and adoptee, I bring both lived experience and professional understanding to my work, offering empathy without judgement.
Therapy is available online, by phone, or in person, with flexible appointments, concessionary rates, and block-booking discounts to keep sessions accessible. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable, and sensory-friendly space where you can explore your story at your own pace and in your own way.
