As an Autistic and ADHD counsellor and adoptee, I bring both lived experience and professional understanding to my work, offering empathy without judgement.

My aim is to provide an inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences openly, without fear of judgement or pressure.
